Hebrews 11:10

¹⁰ ἐξεδέχετο γὰρ τὴν τοὺς θεμελίους ἔχουσαν πόλιν, ἧς τεχνίτης καὶ δημιουργὸς ὁ θεός.

For he looked for the city which has the foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
